Sealyham Terrier Wins Best In Show At Crufts 2009!

March 8th, 2009 by Dan

Over 22,000 dogs attended Crufts this year and it all came down to 7 breeds competing for Best In Show: the Sealyham Terrier, Standard Poodle, Pharaoh Hound, Vizsla, Papillon, Boxer and an Old English Sheepdog. After much deliberation the judge chose the Sealyham Terrier – Am/Can/Su Ch Efbe’s Hidalgo at Goodspice (aka Charmin). Charmin lives in Pennsylvania and is the first Sealyham Terrier to ever win Best In Show at Crufts. Last year only 43 members of the breed were registered by the Kennel Club.
