CaniX at Crufts

CaniCross is racing events held all across the UK. You simply run with your dog. These races cater to people and dogs of all shapes and sizes and fitness levels. These events promote a healthy lifestyle by encouraging people to run with their dogs.

This is the first year that a CaniX event was held at Crufts. The event started in the main arena, with twelve classes of male and female in different age categories. The 2km race started with the runners starting at timed intervals and run a pass around the arena then exited the hall to complete a once around of the lake outside. The race finished on the beach by the lake.
